PAC is delighted to welcome cellist Jee-Hye Bae, Associate Principal Cellist of the Gürzenich Orchestra Cologne, as a new artist.
An internationally acclaimed cellist, Jee-Hye Bae is recognized for her profound musical insight, expressive intensity, and refined artistry. Equally compelling as a soloist and orchestral musician, she captivates audiences with performances marked by clarity, emotional depth, and sincerity.
Active across Europe and Asia, Ms. Bae has appeared as a soloist with leading orchestras in Korea, including the Bucheon Philharmonic Orchestra, the Suwon Philharmonic Orchestra, the Busan Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Korean Symphony Orchestra. In Europe, she has performed with the Baden-Baden Philharmonic Orchestra as well as the Chamber Philharmonic of South Bohemia.
She has received international recognition as a prizewinner at the Isang Yun International Competition and the Johannes Brahms Competition, and as a finalist at the Naumburg International Cello Competition, establishing her as one of the leading cellists of her generation.
